Clean, bright, and airy updated Bungalow that includes brand new furniture, countertops, appliances, and cookware and furnishings. You can eat a great meal inside in the full amenity kitchen or make a great meal cooking outside on one of the shared patios with a grille. Or at your own small private patio which is equipped with a charcoal grille. If you do not feel like cooking, there are amazing restaurants within walking distance. We are lucky, too we have a local market/deli up the road called Shaner’s Market where you can purchase wild-caught fish, marinated meats like steaks, fish, pork, and chicken. Don’t forget the veggies! It's a great place to help you find those last-minute items for a great meal! Other Amenities nearby include shelling, boat rentals, watersports, fishing, nearby golf and tennis. You will be minutes from shopping, Museums, entertainment and nightlife for that memorable Beach Vacation. Local museums include the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, Salvador Dali Museum, the Florida International Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts, the Florida Holocaust Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of History and Great Explorations Hands-On Museum. Unfortunately, it felt like THIS one, "The Sand Pearl" was the latest addition and was cobbled together from a renovated laundry room. Paint was still drying and shelves were still being added. The "deck area" was a fenced in space with a view of UNDER the stairs leading up to the second floor rental. ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the money we paid. Landlord should have left this as an empty storage area!When we arrived, we were exhausted, and wanted to take a quick 3;30 PM siesta...impossible as this was the time the landscapers took to leaf blowing under our window for over a half hour. The positive-Tyler, the property manager was responsive when we arrived and available by text. He was informative and got us into the unit, arranged our parking for the duration. Location- we could walk everywhere, close to the Paradise Grille and the most beautiful beaches you could ever hope to walk and shell on! ##### leo c. It was quite well equipped and the cleaning was fine. The mattress was very soft which may be uncomfortable for those with sensitive backs. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! ##### Alice H. Coming out of meetings (in person and virtual) and being able to walk such a short half block to the bay or gulf was amazing! Plus super close to “town”, the market and breakfast. This house has everything you need for a relaxing recharging experience. Also as a single woman who travels a lot I appreciated how safe I felt. Loved my stay and will be back. ##### Cynthia H. Cozy, clean and private, all the elements we had hoped for. 90 second walk to the beach, millions of shells, private little deck off the back and no neighborhood noise after sunset. Property manager came to our rescue in minutes when we'd locked ourselves out and housekeeper Anna made sure all our needs were met. Shaner's Land and Sea Market just a few blocks away, and beach bikes to ride there! We cannot wait to go back to Pass-A-Grille and stay in our very private bungalow! ##### Mark G.
