According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! That's a $100 a day value. Additional park passes are offered at a discounted rate. Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor 'end cap' unit has 2 balconies with views of the Intracoastal and water park. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. Or wave at your family members below as they enjoy the water park. A fully stocked kitchen that includes a stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Smart TV, and a queen size sofa sleeper couch. The master bedroom has a Smart TV, king size bed, and a spacious bath with a walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds a full bath, entertainment center and private balcony that overlooks the water park. Also, free internet WI-FI access is included. Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located right down the hall from this unit for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room. Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and unit 2220 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. Crabby Bill's is a short walk and the best Crab Legs in TOWN! There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a daily nominal fee. The unit will be ready for you upon your arrival. There are 3 thermostats in the unit, you can adjust them all to different temperatures but they must all be on heat or cool to work. You cannot have one on heat and another on cool. The owner will supply you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the duration of your stay. You will need to take the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band that needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed, at a discount. When the water park closes, you can use the pool till it closes (check gift shop for hours). It is then that you do not need passes. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The host was very responsive and attentive, quickly assisting us whenever needed. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities. The wagon and beach chairs were a thoughtful and much-appreciated bonus.The only challenge we encountered was the limitation of just one parking pass, which made parking a bit difficult since our group traveled separately from different parts of Florida. However, we understand that this was outside of the owner’s control. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Beach was not crowded and there are places to each wishing walking distance. Unit is clean with plenty of space. It’s a corner unit so you have 2 balconies. Parking in the structure was challenging due to the holiday weekend. Property mgr was responsive and highly recommend staying here. We did not use water park facilite so since it was a bit cold. It is very close to the beach and has all the beach stuff you need. It takes about 1 minute to walk down to the pool/water park. It's walkable to CVS, Crabby Bills and a coffee shop. Plenty of towels and the toiletry to get us started , beach towels were provided, but we bought our own, Very clean we were surprised how roomy all the room at this condo.. love the two balcony’s, I was able to watched my grandkids and other from the balcony over looking water park. In the morning we sit on the opposite balcony to watch the sunrise, the view is beautiful. We so glad to has book this unit. It really is a good Location as it close to bars/restaurants (walking) and if you have a car really close to stores and chain restaurants right across the bridge. ##### Josh R. The 2 bed 2 bath was perfect for our family. 2 balconies were also spacious. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus and they left 3 Tide pods for our use. Convenient to the water park and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. The only complaint that I would have is the hours of check-in and check out. My experience is usually it is 3pm and 11am. This unit is 4pm and 10am. If I am being asked to leave by 10am then I would think I should not be asked to strip beds, do the dishes and take out the trash. Otherwise a great stay. ##### Jill R.
