According to the Association, there may may be a couple of days during these dates where they will shut down the pool, and they will post signs by the pool when closing. The fantastic Harbourside at Marker 33 is a Waterfront condo development in Indian Rocks Beach Florida that has an onsite Water Park (Splash Harbour), complete with slides, a lazy river, and a Tiki Bar! This lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath unit is 1110 square feet and sleeps up to 8! Four DAILY water park passes are included for the duration of your stay. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate. The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed, and master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, and ensuite bath has a tub-shower combination. For guests' number 7 and 8, the living room has a pull-out sofa. It is a 3-to-5-minute walk to the fabulous Indian Rocks Beach that has been voted as one of the BEST Beaches in the WORLD! There is an in-unit washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, complete with cutlery and cooking utensils. Towels and Beach Towels are provided. We supply start-ups of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods. THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS IN THE PARKING GARAGE THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR (elevator #3), BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. YOU WILL WANT TO TAKE ELEVATOR NUMBER 3 TO THE SIXTH FLOOR. You will be astounded by the fantastic views on the 6th and 7th floor sun decks, where you can soak up the warm Florida SUN! The Waterpark and its lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Crabby Bill's is a block away, both have live entertainment. There is also PJ's, Slyce Pizza, Lulu's and a Mexican restaurant which are very good and in walking distance. Ice cream and candy shoppes. John's Pass is around a 10-minute drive! You will find many great shoppes and restaurants including Bubba Gump's. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Let's not forget that Clearwater Beach is around a 10–15-minute Drive as well! Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. Enjoy your stay! PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay. To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials: Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom One roll of paper towels Hand soap at each sink Dish soap A few trash bags for each trash can A few laundry sheets Dish detergent and sponge Ground coffee or coffee pods Dish towel(s) In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates. Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil. 4 DAILY water park passes are included, and there is also a sun set deck located also on the same floor as this unit. Free garage parking is available for our guests, one space only in garage, with parking pass on dash. Let the Trolley take you to the many attractions and venues up and down the coastline. You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you wrist bands to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed, at a discount. IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th. We picked this area for the pool/waterpark and close access to the beach. This unit has a balcony that has channel and ocean views. We enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning sunshine and watching the dolphins.We had brought a few beach toys, not knowing exactly what the closet had in it. It has everything from beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, to sand buckets/toys. It even had volleyballs for the sand court next to the unit. We definitely did not need to bring anything!As mentioned other places, the water is not heated on the small kid area with slides and dump bucket. It stays in the shade the whole day, so that would be more for summer stays. However, the pool with splash pad, lazy river, and big water slide area were heated and nice.With all this being said, the unit was a great vacation rental for families! The instructions for check in and check out were very simple. Everything we needed was laid out and easy to find. We will definitely visit again! ##### Kevin S. Walking distance to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Everything you need is provided in the condo including beach gear! The place was very clean and obviously well cared for, with everything we needed. The one negative was the cushion on the hideaway bed was super uncomfortable. The balcony overlooking the water was relaxing, comfortable and entertainging as we watched boaters dock their boats. Beach access 5 min walk, beach supplies and wagon provided was a bonus. Had a broken umbrella and management replaced it immediately. Quiet bay view away from pool area, nice balcony. They need to do a better job with directions to parking , Only one garage you find access elevator to higher floors in the far back. The elevator is hidden by a column. We arrived later at night and it was very difficult to find based on directions. Our units was beautiful had everything we needed. We did have a drain issue in the secondary tub called and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend. Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. There was a nice size balcony with a beautiful view of the intercostal with the many boats coming and going-even saw some dolphins! I could also see the gulf and the wonderful sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just a short walk away as well. Only used the car once to run to the grocery store. There is also a waterpark at the hotel that my grandchildren loved when they visited over the weekend, such a nice perk that they supply 4 free passes! It was February so a little chili, but the water was heated and no crowds! Will definitely stay here again! ##### joe m.
