Situated directly on the intercoastal with a dock, swimming pool, hot tub, and resort-style lounge area. Beautiful quaint Indian Rocks Beach is just a six-minute walk away. Between the home and the beach, there's a nice outdoor park with two playgrounds, tennis courts, a basketball court, a skate park, and a baseball field. This luxury home features balconies and waterway views from the main living spaces and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There's also a game room that feels like its own little living space directly off the outdoor area. Ground Floor Bar & Game Room: Has a ping pong table, sitting area, sleeper sofa, bag boards, a four-top dining table, TV, bar with bar stools, and mini fridge. In the garage, you will also find a beach wagon and folding beach chairs. There are also pool towels in the game room for guest use. Outdoors: Beautiful heated pool, hot tub, outdoor furniture, and gas grill. The backyard is fully enclosed with a picturesque white fence and a dock over the intercoastal. Second Floor Kitchen: The large open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and includes a wine cooler. Other provided amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and Keurig duo, tea kettle, and toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: Eight top farmhouse dining table and breakfast bar with four bar seats. Living Area: A sectional sofa, TV, ceiling fan, a play area for kids, and a sitting area that faces the sliding doors leading to the large outside deck with a dining table and umbrella. There are stairs from this balcony that lead down to the main level lounging area. Bedroom #1: A Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, dresser space, and a closet. Bathroom #1: Single vanity sink and standing shower. No tub. Third Floor Bedroom #2: King-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and closet space. Bathroom #2: Full bath shared with the upstairs guest bedrooms with wide, single-sink vanity, and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3: The kid's room has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on the top. Cute little sitting area and closet. Bedroom #4 & Bathroom #3: The master bedroom boasts a large open concept with balconies. You can look out to the water from just about every area in the room. King bed, TV, large garden tub, glass shower with double shower heads, double vanities, a makeup area, big walk-in closet, separate enclosed toilet room, and sitting area facing the large windows. On the balcony, you will find a sitting area facing the water. Laundry Room: Has a full-size washer dryer and sink. \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5\. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. 6\. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces. \-- There's a shopping center on the way to the beach that has some famous seafood at Keegan's Seafood Grille, pizza at Chicago Jaxx, a hair salon, a boutique, and a beach shop. Easy walk to beautiful beach and nearby park. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The house had enough space for our family of 11 to comfortably relax and enjoy. The pool, hot tub and game room were used every day! The main bedroom suite was amazing. Contacted the management team once and minor issue was resolved within the hour. End of road "local neighbor" was a weirdo. He was stalking my 28 year old daughter. Pros: - the location is great. Walking distance to a few restaurants as well as the beach. We also enjoyed the park with our kids - the view of the water is beautiful - great layout for spending time with your family and friends - overall the house is as it is pictured - lots of beach chairs and towels available. The wagon was helpful to bring them to the beach. Cons: - the biggest issue we had was with termites. Apparently the home has termite issues and the droppings accumulate. We had to clean this up daily to keep our kids from touching it. While it might not be toxic, it is definitely not appealing. - door to the bathroom in the master did not work. We mentioned this and a contractor came out indicating the door needed to be replaced but didn’t happen over the next 2 weeks. Maybe it has happened now but it was a bit awkward. ##### Kelsey H. Our family had a great time staying in this house but the communication with the contact person from VRBO was really poor. We were traveling with an infant so I wanted to confirm that there was a high chair which is noted in the amenities and the contact person at VRBO replied that there was no high chair. We ended up purchasing a high chair and it was delivered to the property. When we got there, there was already a high chair in the house. On another correspondence we asked for confirmation that the doors in the house were in working condition ( we noticed through other reviews that some of the locks on doors were broken) we got back confirmation that the doors and locks were all working. When we got there the bathroom door in the master bedroom was broken. The master bedroom with en suite bath was really spacious but it had no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom. The only door to the toilet was broken. It is pretty ridiculous that a master suite which is as big as a studio apartment had no functional door to the bathroom. We realized that all correspondence should be done through the management company that is Beaches USA. It was not clear from any correspondence through VRBO that the management company was the correct contact person. It is super frustrating along with a waste of money to purchase a high chair that we did not need. The bathroom door never got repaired but the management company did send a person over to fix it. They told us that they need to put in a new door. Despite the lack of communication with VRBO, we had a great time. The location, the house and the pool were fantastic. Walking distance to the beach, but at least 7-10 minutes if you have cooler and gear. Great pool, and view of the interior water way. Not without its quirks, I dont think any of the interior door locks worked and the sliding master bath door doesnt even shut. The patio furniture was in poor condition.
