Why stay for a week when you can stay for a month? This second floor unit only allows monthly rentals on Florida's most sought after island. Tierra Verde was recognized as one of the best places to live by NICHE.COM. Trip Advisor has listed Tierra Verde as a top destination for 2023. Tierra Verde is also located between 2 top beaches by Dr. Beach, Ft. Desoto Park and St. Pete Beach. Fort Desoto State Park offers 3 miles of beaches, fishing piers, canoeing, and seven miles of paved trails for biking or walking.  
This unit was recently remodeled in a fresh white and gray costal design giving it a nautical cozy feel in every room. The master bedroom has its own sliding glass door that goes out to the balcony that overlooks a water cannel with views to die for. There is a table and chair to enjoy morning coffee and also a 3 piece couch to relax on.  
The open layout of the living area gives you a great water view from the living room all the way back to the kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a granite counter top along with an eat at bar with seating for four.  
The master bathroom offers a large double bowl sink and a stand up shower stall.  
There is also a generous walk in closet with custom shelving in the master bedroom.  
The second bedroom offers a bunk bed and an additional twin bed.  
The second bathroom offers a large walk in tiled shower and single sink.  
The TIERRA I community offers the following amenities:
