Combining all three one bedroom units into a single rental of our triplex building, this unique property offers a larger family, or multiple groups the opportunity to all stay together! Enjoy our premium cottages of Gulf Mist, Sandy Shores, and Tropic Sun as your own for your perfect Florida vacation. PLEASE NOTE: This is a "triplex" made up of three separate living units. Meaning, each has a separate locked entry, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The units do not connect internally. Perfect for some groups, but maybe not a great fit if you have young children. Island Paradise Cottages, centrally located in Madeira Beach inside a quiet and secure neighborhood, and just off the main road. The cottages are just a 5 minute walk over to the very best beaches that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer, and you are in very easy walking distance of Johns Pass Village, with many excellent restaurants, activities, and attractions. Access to the bay for paddle boarding and kayaking is just a short walk away through the neighborhood, and you can catch the beach trolley nearby if you need to get a little further away. My only critique is—-you advertise being able to have 2 people in the room and one on the couch bed. The room has a paper thin blanket and there is one extra blanket for the couch bed. When visiting in summer you want air on—we were freezing. Please add blankets. Also we completely understand why there was no laundry due to the hurricane but you need to change the listing. We packed with laundry in mind and had to uber to a laundromat. Had we been aware we may have planned differently. Would be great for a family reunion or small wedding party. The negative, we rented units 6,7,8 and the listing says comes with a dishwasher and none of these units had one. The bathroom is tiny so more than 2 people sharing would be very hard. One unit had bad stains on living room furniture so managers did move the people from our group to a much nicer unit. Unit 6 and 7 never had internet service so we had to use our own hotspots to even have tv. We didn’t bother notifying management about it because we were going to be in and out. Unit 6 needs a big kitchen cleaning. The silverware holder was disgustingly filthy. Needs these items addressed and would be a great place to stay. ##### Kari M.
