When purchased, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temp drops below 70 degrees, it can affect the pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pets: We are pet friendly (Dogs Only) Bring your fur baby for a relaxing vacation! Maximum 2 dogs only for $150 fee per stay. There are other improvements in process, however significant issues with the pool and pool area, a partially functional stove and toaster, as well as calcium buildup, vent partially dropping from ceiling, poorly maintained outdoor space and a quite dated overall vibe are real detractors from what could be a great space.We we unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the property owner and management company to off set the issues.This is the first, less than positive, rating I have given. ##### Robert Y. The kitchen was from the 60's but everything worked well and was immaculate, We had a few maintenance issues due to the age of the house but they were promptly repaired. The only negative we encountered was the screens in and out of the lanai. There were cobwebs that it looked like had been there for a long time. We let the manager know and she said she would come over and remove them. It never happened and we just lived with them. But it was very distracting and ugly. The second bathroom was outdated but everything worked. The garage needed a good cleaning and organizing. And we had to use the garage for it's bathroom and washer and dryer. ##### Bill W.
