Beautifully Renovated Condo at Barefoot Beach Resort - Unit C203! Beautifully remodeled condo, only a few steps away from the Intercoastal and a few more to a private entrance to Indian Shores Beach! Large, heated community pool and grills on site. Close to area restaurants and bars, several within walking distance. You may also grab a trolley or bus to the larger beaches in the area. One bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, which sleeps six comfortably with one queen bed and two sleeper sofas (Queen and full). I am sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property. NOTICE... Please be advised that the complex sustained damage from the hurricane, in September, 2024. Although my unit is perfect, and the pool, the grounds, and the beach have been fully restored, all of the first-floor units throughout the entire complex have been gutted and are in the process of being renovated. At this time, we do not have a definitive timeline for when construction will start as the permits have been delayed. Please reach out with any questions. The condo is equipped with everything you could want for a beach vacation (kitchen had everything you need, beach, chairs and toys, games, and lots of extras). The location of the condo was also great. You are right on the inter-coastal and we enjoyed fishing on the dock and the pool. The beautiful beach was directly across the road with a crosswalk. It was an easy short walk. The hosts were very kind to warn us that the bottom units of the condo were water damaged from the hurricane. I only mention this because it would did not impact our stay at all. The grounds are all immaculate. The lower units are gutted and clean and there’s not debris or anything around and the place is spotless. This condo is on the second floor and wasn’t impacted at all.
