Everything was old-fashioned the carpet stains especially between the master bedroom and bathroom were horrible. A spare bedroom toilet lever was cracked the spare bedroom bed very uncomfortable. There were no face cloths when I arrived I had to ask for them. There were no coasters for the tables for drinks. There wasn’t a decent salad bowl. Not very well appointed ##### Barb V. However, be aware that there is limited availability of staff on weekends - a problem if you arrive later in the day and have not received an email that provides that info. If you have to work on your vacation - anticipate internet connectivity issues - especially if you have to work on the week-end when no one is there to answer questions. For technical support the number provided is a Spectrum phone number . The first thing they ask is for the name of the person who has the account - not something that can be provided. I ended up purchasing a JetPack from Verizon so that I could do my work. My limited time with my husband was spent addressing these issues - not relaxing for me at all ##### Jenny C.
