However, be aware that there is limited availability of staff on weekends - a problem if you arrive later in the day and have not received an email that provides that info. If you have to work on your vacation - anticipate internet connectivity issues - especially if you have to work on the week-end when no one is there to answer questions. For technical support the number provided is a Spectrum phone number . The first thing they ask is for the name of the person who has the account - not something that can be provided.
