Being located by the grocery store, CVS, and the dollar store was very helpful because we did not have a car but we did have bikes. The bikes were hard to park because we needed to put them in the Condo. We wished they had a bike rack area to park and lock them to. So after a few days we returned the bikes because it was more of a hassle to have them. The restaurants in the area were good and when we wanted to go to John’s Pass we used the trolley which was wonderful and the stop was right by the driveway entrance. We also took the Trolley to Clearwater to see the sand sculptures event that is there every April. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Stand 80er als das Haus gebaut wurde aber durchaus in Ordnung. Das neueste Teil ist der riesige Fernseher, der bei dieser Aussicht aber für uns nicht wichtig war. Bei der Ankunft war es mit der Sauberkeit allerdings nicht so gut bestellt. Allerdings reagierte iTrip sehr schnell und war durch einen Mitarbeiter/Manager innerhalb 10 Minuten vor Ort und hat alle Mängel sofort erledigt und sich vielmals für den Mißstand entschuldigt. Die Kommunikation mit iTrip war absolut vorbildlich und hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gegend ist einfach toll, direkte Strandlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man alle fußläufig in einem Radius von 5 Minuten. ##### Christian K.
