Beautifully refurbished terrazzo floors. Inside laundry room. All the amenities you need for a comfortable visit. Quiet neighborhood in charming Indian Rocks Beach offering some of the best restaurants in Pinellas County. Close by is Clearwater Beach that was named “Best Beach in America” by TripAdvisor. Enjoy many parks, playground, ball field, tennis courts and the beach, dog park, skateboard park are all close by. Many town events throughout the year both on and off the beach. Fantastic Experience
We had a great time at this location. The house was very clean, cosy & full of personality. Everything we needed was provided. Beach towels, chairs, & less a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The golf cart was a really fun addition! We used it to ride up to grab ice cream from IRB Creamery or our new favorite restaurant Beach Waves Grill. Everyone we met were so kind and welcoming. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Ideal location
It was as advertised--good location, clean, and suitable for our group of two adults and two 12-year-olds. Well furnished, all we needed, and the golf cart was an added benefit. Ryan was a great host.

Great Location. Everything you need.
This is our second year staying at Kevin's beach house and plan to book again next summer. Everything you need is at this home and having the golf cart is an added bonus especially if you have small children. Kevin is very accessible if you need him and very accommodating. Strongly recommend staying here.

Family Fun at the Beach Cottage
We had a great week visiting Indian Rocks Beach, and Kevin's beach cottage had all that we needed. It was great not to have to worry about buying beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, or toys). We enjoyed playing the board games, and we loved taking the golf cart to the beach one block away. Kevin is a great host who is friendly and responsive. We hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect!
Our stay at Kevin's home was perfect! The location was great, the added use of a golf cart was a nice bonus, and the home itself was super comfy and we definitely felt at home. Anything you might need for the beach is available on site, which is such a great convenience. The beds were comfortable, and the house itself was very cozy. The bathrooms even have a lot of toiletries if you forget anything. It's a very well maintained property with great AC! Kevin is a very thoughtful host!

A great spot!
We had a great time. It helped to have everything from towels to a beach tent and floats available for use. Kevin communicated with us and made sure we got in okay and even gave restaurant recommendations. We had so much fun with our family of five. The location was convenient and the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach!

Beautiful Vacation
The pictures don't do it justice! The house is nice and in an amazing spot. You can easily walk to the beach (1 block) or you can take the golf cart. The golf cart parking was always available. We went almost everywhere on the cart (lunches/dinner, late night drives, beach, ice cream). Clearwater is maybe 10 min away and Busch Gardens is 45 min. Kevin and his wife seem very nice and are very accommodating! The only negative was the beach stuff. There is a large canopy tent and then one small umbrella. There are seats but those are high or full lounge chairs. There was only one low chair. We typically like multiple umbrellas and multiple low chairs. If you aren't picky about your beach stuff, then you will be happy. If you are picky, bring your extras. Regardless, it didn't take any stars away. Still loved it and would love to come back!

Hallo Kevin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist 3 Gehminuten zum Strand perfekte Lage. Das Golf kart war sehr praktisch wenn man mal mehr mitnehmen möchte zum Strand. Die Lage ist wunderschön wir würden immer wieder Buchen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht und noch mehr.Der Grill ist auch sehr praktisch wenn man mal nicht Essen gehen möchte. Vielen Dank nochmal Kevin und wir werden uns wieder sehen viele Grüße aus Germany Hamburg

All Inclusive
This home has everything you need. It’s quaint and cozy with so much room in the back yard. Mornings were perfect in the back yard to lounge and wait for the sun to rise. Whatever you need for the beach, you will find here, including a golf cart and a beach wagon. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in Indian Rocks
Kevin was a great host. Even met us at check in. The place is great. Clean, nice, very well stocked with any extra you could imagine. Area is quiet, yet one block from the beach and plenty of dining options within walking distance. And if you want to head into the craziness of Clearwater Beach, it’s about a 10 minute drive. The backyard is amazing! Grill, fire pit, lots of tables and chairs. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful home. It’s a great location, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. We loved the big back yard, the grill, the neighborhood and of course the short walk to the beach. Kevin is a great host and provides almost everything you need. It was so nice to have the golf cart available. There are wonderful places to eat a block away. I would definitely rent this house again.

Clean and good location
The house was well suited for our family of four adults. We were very comfortable and the house was extremely well stocked with everything from kitchen appliances and utensils to beach items. The location was very close to the beach access and the golf cart was convenient for hauling items to the beach. We definitely recommend this rental. Kevin was easy to work with and he answered all of our questions.
