A little too far to the beach and you can't really hear the waves from the balcony. The door leading into the room was very drafty. It was windy the entire weekend and all you could hear was the wind howl through the door and the traffic. It was easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. There are beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles in the room to use. You can also rent cabanas and chairs on the beach and it’s reasonable rates. The owner has done a great job of updating it, beautiful decor. The balcony has a fabulous view of the beach and all that was going on there. Plenty of restaurants close by. Everything about this place is great. My favorite place to stay in April due to the heated pool. But this time, For 4 days, not one adult was seen in the pool. Nobody could stand the cold temperature except for children and a couple of dads. They said it actually WAS heated to 80dg. Thats nuts!! Otherwise I love it!! ##### Brooke S.
