We had to switch units to stay longer and he got in touch with cleaners to clean room early and start with the fridge so we could move our refrigerated groceries in from our previous unit in when we checked out of our other unit. Loved having a washer and dryer. Location is great, close to beach and Treasure Island boardwalk. Easy walk to John's Pass with its shops and restaurants. Beach is beautiful and spent many hours under my umbrella. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy communication with owner. Trouble with internet when we first arrived and owner was very responsive to solve issue. Building itself still recovering from recent hurricanes and needed a little "love." One of the closest elevators was down the month we stayed here. There was always an elevator available but sometimes on the other side of the building.
