You feel so welcome from the moment you walk in their place. They put a lot of love and care into your stay and leave nothing out! Very clean, nicely decorated, roomy, kid friendly and the neighborhood is great too. We walked down to Sunset Beach and the kids saw their first sunset over the ocean, and didn't feel unsafe at all! This was the first trip that I didn't feel the need to clean and Clorox wipe everything down before we settled in. We really felt at home. Their apartment has too many good features to name all of them. They really go above and beyond to make your stay awesome! They are the sweetest folks and you can not go wrong staying here. Even had decor set out for Easter with the cutest little bunnies.... Hope to be back to see you again. The Brewers from Lula, Ga.. ##### Gail B. It is geared towards family's with children and is the perfect location for beach goers. Jill has the place fully stocked and everything labeled for easy use and access. The location is great— near Sunset Beach, the Sponge Docks and the Pinellas Trail. Jill and Mike were very helpful and responsive to our needs. ##### Nancy A. We travel to this area frequently, and have seen the good, the bad, and the "heck no!". Mike and Jill keep their unit amazingly clean, organized and decorated. The neighborhood is beautiful, the location is convenient. Mike made checking in easier than a hotel, and everything you could possibly need was provided, down to coffee! We were in the area to celebrate a friend's 80th birthday. (We left home with 18 inches of snow on the ground!) My son who lives in Fort Myers also joined us. Everything was well oraganized and instructions/suggestions explained in a nice book they had put together. Overall a very memorable stay. ##### Janet S.
