Welcome to The Pineapple Bungalow – Now Available for Monthly Rentals!  
  
Enjoy a colorful and fun vintage-style getaway at The Pineapple Bungalow in St. Pete! This cozy home is available exclusively as a monthly rental, making it the perfect choice for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone looking to settle in and truly experience all that St. Petersburg has to offer.  
  
Our cheerful bungalow features plenty of comfort, including a large screened porch ideal for relaxing evenings. Exploring the area is easy with the Central Ave Trolley and the new high-speed SunRunner Bus just a few blocks away.  
  
Your well-behaved four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the fun—this is a pet-friendly home!  
  
You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire bungalow and beautifully landscaped, fenced-in front yard. It’s a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle, with on-street parking conveniently available right out front.  
  
I’m local and always happy to help if you have questions or need assistance. You can reach me by phone, text, email, or through the Pura Vida Concierge Services website.  
  
The neighborhood is full of charm—brick-lined streets, shady areas for walking, and lush tropical yards to admire. Artsy Gulfport is just 10 minutes away, and the stunning beaches are nearby too. Treasure Island is only 5 miles from the bungalow and offers some of the area’s best beach experiences.  
  
With avenues running East & West and streets running North & South, navigating St. Pete is a breeze. Hop on the Central Ave trolley and explore museums, galleries, shops, and restaurants with ease.  
  
Book your extended stay at The Pineapple Bungalow and enjoy a truly unique monthly rental in paradise!  
  
The Pineapple Cottage is located directly behind the Bungalow. While each property has its own separate yard, parking, and laundry, you may come in contact with other guests.  
  
\*\* Please note, processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable  
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.  
  
Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.  
  
Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house.  
  
Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.  
  
Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.  
  
Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.  
  
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside with the house doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
