Enjoy sunny days on the nearby Gulf beaches, take relaxing walks along St. Pete Beach, go fishing, hunt for shark teeth, or discover the natural beauty and untouched shoreline of Desoto Park. Our home is the perfect home base for experiencing all the excitement this coastal region has to offer. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a game room, and two living rooms, plus a spacious backyard with plenty of seating for everyone. The house comes well-equipped and fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The space Welcome to your home away from home! Just bring you flipflops & enjoy! The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large deck with plenty of sitting for everyone. The enclosed lanai is perfect games and for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The home is centrally located just 12 miles from downtown St. Petersburg, 10 miles from St. Pete Beach, just 14 miles from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa. The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts. The Lanai and game room area includes ping pong, foosball table and card table. The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and has its own spacious bathroom and closet plus has a 43" Samsung Smart TV to enjoy. The King size bed has a brand-new comfy mattress. The other 2 bedrooms (Q and two Twins) are on the opposite side of the house and share the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion). A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request. The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother. The Garage has a full size washer and drier to use as needed. Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor space. I would have given it 4 1/2 or 5 stars since the property manager, Larry, was so good to respond when I called him.The one problem I had was the step up to the dining room and kitchen and step down to the three bedrooms. The screened porch on the back is enormous, and there are lots of games and a grill. The back yard is dominated by a stone patio, but there is plenty of grass and even a papaya. The view over the lake is lovely, and the far shore is distant enough that it still feels private. The owner/manager was very responsive and always positive. We had a great stay! ##### Tom D. It felt so modern and comfortable as soon as we walked in. And the view of the lake in the evening was so wonderful to see when the sun would start to set. The game room was really cool, my son had such a blast playing ping pong! The master bedroom was much bigger than I expected! Communication with the owner was very prompt, pleasant and informative.
