VISITORS: Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. We have very limited parking on property. VISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool. NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250. NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note there are exterior and 1 interior laundry room video security cameras on the grounds to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. Obstructing, moving, damaging or in any way altering these devices will result in the loss of security deposit and additional charges. LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible. PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines: \-Must remain under handler control at all times. \-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose) \-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability. \-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal. \-Must be house broken. Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee. USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50\. Loved having the bike and walking trails right out in back of the place. We rented bikes and enjoyed an easy trip to watch the sunsets. What an amazing place! Exactly as advertised. Great to be walkable to Dunedin and the TD Stadium to catch a spring training ball game. We rented bikes for 4 days and recommend the folks at The Bike Lab. The trail is right out your door and easy to walk to downtown Dunedin. The pool was very clean and warm for February. The unit was very clean and quiet. There were a few things we felt would have been helpful to have : scissors, cheese grater, clothes hangers and GLASS drinking glasses. I don’t like drinking out of plastic. Other than that I highly recommend the tiny house especially if you want access to the trail and short walk to downtown. ##### Donna M. The Surf Shack is very cute, new and decorated very nice. We didn't get to use the pool as it rained and was chilly but it was new too. Stove, frig, dishes etc would be great for an extended stay, Grill & picnic tables too. We had the king size bed which was great. Would highly recommend. I had to call the owner for directions and very responsive and suggested a great dinner spot we enjoyed . Wish we could have stayed longer. ##### Terry B.
