It is great to be able to walk out the beach, one of the local restaurants, or to the store to pick up something. We like the convenience of being able to run back up to the condo for a quick meal and sit on the balcony anytime between activities. The location is well maintained and has just about everything you need. However, the only thing I would suggest is to add a few newer utensils and supplies for preparing food and cooking.
