No road to cross; no tricky angled pictures that might leave you disappointed. Beach towels provided. Chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. Communal pool was heated and nice albeit on the small side (but the ocean is right there)! Communal hot tub is also small- had no appeal for us. Furnishings are very nice. Comfy and in very good condition. Each br has 1 queen bed. We did not try the sofa bed. Kitchen has enough gear to make small meals and has a full sized dishwasher. Plenty of plates, cups and flatware. Coffee maker uses a cone filter. The coffee maker is the least nice item in the unit, which is a shame bc so many of us love coffee. High end rental unit with a $14 coffee maker. No k-cup or pod coffee maker in unit (there is a k-cup unit in the condo lobby during business hours. Not very useful for us). Great location. Walking distance to several great restaurants. Overall really recommend. My critiques were very minor and we would definitely stay again. ##### Mitch W.
