The building is visibly a bit dated (screens in windows are worn for example), and the furniture is not the best, but not the worst. Most importantly it is clean. It was clean and fully stocked with plates, pots, bath towels, beach towels and more. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was nice too. The sunsets were amazing! The location was perfect. We had icecream from the shop across the street almost every night and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance or a short car ride. Publix grocery is just a block or so away which was fantastic. We went into John's Pass to check out the boardwalk. We parasailed and paddle boarded! The condo was on the 5th floor, but the elevator made that easy. We had a small issue with the shower drain, but it was addressed and taken care of right away. The condo was clean but is not aging well, so didn’t feel clean? Easy walk to shops, St Johns Boardwalk and the beach. It was nice enough, but replacing things like the rusted towel racks in bathrooms, cleaning doors from dirt and replacing old, dirty baseboards would go along way to making this condo feel like it has had an update. No handrails in bathtub or shower - and the front door was SO hard to open - my husband had to put his shoulder into it to get it to open.
