Close to everything! Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please. This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running. Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!
