Close to everything! Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please. This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running. Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market. If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING! It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. The updated condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. Outside the door to the right is the water with adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The condo is in walking distance to Publix and a variety of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is a great convenience. I called the owner with a question and Erik was easy to contact and very helpful. The television is a smart TV so if you have Netflix etc. you can log into your account.
