We came down the week before the wedding, with kids coming from around the country showing up during the week. There were a few little glitches in the first days but the property management company was fantastic. They were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. This was the beginning of the "season" so I'm sure everyone else will benefit. The walk to the beach was super easy. I would suggest bringing your favorite beach chairs from home, the ones left are a little weathered. This is a great neighborhood for walking, lots of cool homes, docks and boats to check out. Its close to other beaches if you want to explore, and restaurants are within walking distant. I would visit again. Thanks hosting! ##### John M. It is just a couple minutes walk to the beach, has a great pool, was well appointed and, above all, clean. Having grown up in the area, and vacation rented nearby many, many times, I am familiar with quite a few properties and the varying conditions on might expect. I would highly recommend this property. More importantly, Samantha and her team made this the best vacation rental we've ever had! As an example, we had an issue with the wifi. Within minutes, Samantha responded with the cable company on the line. I don't know how anyone can make that happen? But she did. Great location, quick walk to beautiful beach, not crowded at all, plenty of room for our group of 7\. Only things we noticed, pool needs bleaching, cushions on patio chairs were a bit dirty. Could use a full length mirror in a bedroom and pullout bed could use a better mattress or a topper. But we would rent again! Just some suggestions. ##### Mary C.
