This home has beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a fenced-in backyard, indoor and outdoor dining, a beautiful screened-in outdoor area with a heated saltwater pool, a fenced-in yard with tropical palms, and a spacious kitchen/living area. It is a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach and is near an array of restaurants, shops, beach shops, gyms, grocery stores, Largo Golf Course, and pharmacies. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and knife block. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available. Dining Area: Two dining tables, one in the dining room with 6 seats, the other with 4 seats just outside of the kitchen. The breakfast bar has 2 bar stools. Living Room: A spacious living room with a sectional couch, TV mounted to the fireplace, a coffee table, and doors leading right out to the screened-in pool area with more dining areas and hangout space. The front room has enough space to play board games and has a pool table to play on as well. Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is a spacious wing of the house with a King-size bed, a sitting area with a futon, desk, TV, French doors leading out to the screened-in pool, and an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Has a soaking jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, double vanity areas, and private toilet room. Bedroom #2: Has a King-sized bed, closet, TV, ceiling fan, and view of the backyard. Bathroom #2: Has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with storage. It also has a door to the screened-in pool area for easy bathroom access during swim time. Bedroom #3: A single twin bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a TV, a closet, and a view of the back and side yard. Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, sink, and shelf of board games. Outdoors: The screened-in heated and chilled pool is ideal for Florida living, you can simply walk out of the home to one of the sitting areas to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and Florida sun. Pool loungers are also a great addition to enjoying this outdoor living space. The backyard has tropical palms and is fully fenced with a gas grill, outdoor games, and lounge chairs provided for your use. \*\*Attention: The waterfall feature for the pool is currently inoperable \-- Important Information House Rules: 1\. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2\. No parties or events. 3\. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4\. Adhere to the local noise ordinances. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied. Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature. Parking: This property provides 3-4 parking spaces depending on the size of the vehicles. We swam in the pool every single day, and even a couple nights since it was heated. We loved eating our meals on the back patio and spent a lot of time in the game room as well!! The have a lot of items to play in the pool and to take to the beach. The master bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. There are also board games and puzzles. Our family loved the pool table (although we noticed its a tiny bit uneven). Make sure to bring your toiletries (there is no soap). Also, if you are planning to stay for more than 3 days you might want to bring laundry detergent for the towels (there were only 3 pods). The AC functions well everywhere, but it did get a little warmer in the two bedrooms by the laundry, we used the fans to compensate. I would stay there again! ##### Isamar A. Great location! House was big enough for 6 adults and one busy 18 month old! The pool was great, even with issues the last couple days. Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Rocks, and Madeira Beach (Johns Pass Boardwalk)! We had a great time and plan to come back! I would definitely stay at this home again! ##### Heidi C. The furnishings were nice loved the decor. Very spacious home with a generous master suit. We enjoyed our time out in the pool/deck area. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved how close we were to the beach and all the stores. Overall I have no complaints that a dusting can't fix. Open floorplan with everything you need to get started. Comfy beds and fantastic master suite. My family spent most of our time in the back yard with fabuloue heated pool and completely private. Close to everything including beaches, restaurants and excursions. There was nothing I would change about this rental. If you're looking for a well kept community in a quiet area this is the place to come. The host was easy to communicate with and very accessible . Thank you so much for allowing us to share an Easter dinner with a few other family members who were staying close by. We did it poolside and it was wonderful. On day 5 we realized they were on but couldn’t figure out how to turn them off. 😂 This house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable, the pool was awesome! Only disappointment was a full trash can of smelly trash left behind from the previous tenant. By the time we noticed the sanitation workers had come and gone. ##### SAMUEL D. Some of the issues were safety issues and those were corrected immediately. Other issues were never corrected. When addressed the property manage said I was complaining too much. Since we were paid to not complain, we won't go into details. Overall, it appeared that squatters had taken over and were evicted the day before we arrived. ##### sonya h. They stayed in the pool until it was time for bed. The kitchen was large enough to not feel crowded with multiple people in there.
