St. Pete Looper runs around the City and stops near many of the attractions; there is a stop ½ mile from our home. Albert Whitted Airport and Park and Port of St. Pete are just a mile away; you can also take the Cross Bay Ferry from there to Tampa. You can park in front of our garage and on the street--permits are NOT required. Parking is also available throughout the downtown, and we can help you find the large parking lots and garages as well as the free parking. House was cute and clean, for the most part. I feel that there were things not communicated when booking. I had 4 teenage girls staying with me, one of which was my daughter, that were competing in a national dance competition. I paid the extra $80, or whatever it was, for insurance (up to $1500 damage) just to be safe. I was then notified that we had to fill out forms for the girls that weren’t related to me (I’ve stayed in different properties through VRBO and never had to specify if I am related to all staying with me) or give a $450 refundable deposit. I gave the additional deposit. This may not be a big deal to some, but to others it may. I will say, she was very accommodating when it came to check out.
