NEWLY Renovated - NEW pictures to come! This unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit with 3 flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, North American long-distance calling, and all of the comforts of home. Beautifully redone kitchen with granite countertops and NEW appliances. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms! The unit also features new bedding - mattresses, box springs, a new water heater, a new washer & and dryer, an updated master bath shower - no tub, and new kitchen chairs! Note: A 1-week minimum stay requires Saturday arrival in season. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address for the application. Isla del Sol is conveniently located within minutes of a ton of different things to do and just minutes from St Pete Beach and Fort de Soto. The unit itself was great for our family of 5 and we loved how each end of the unit had a bedroom and a bathroom. The community pool and hot tub were a great way to spend the afternoon and evenings. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had no toaster in the condo and they got us one very quickly. Excellent café within about 10 minute walk. The condo is very quiet, beds were very comfortable, linens great and there were even some beach items available such as an umbrella. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. The condo was fairly clean upon arrival and check in was effortless. Whenever there was a problem the management was easy to contact and very efficient at addressing the issues. I was however, disappointed with the furnishings within the condo. The kitchen and master bath shower were aesthetically updated, the rest of the unit is in need of a complete update. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are not queens as listed(full would be more accurate), which was challenging for our guest whom are well over 6 feet tall. Definitely in need of new carpet, rugs (lacking), furniture, ceiling fans, mattresses and kitchen utensils, generally a more polished look for the location and competition. Despite our complaints, we enjoyed escaping the north's winter fury. ##### Laura R.
