The whole island is beautifully landscaped and the facilities are excellent. Access to beaches are just a short drive away and you can walk to St. Pete beach. The unit itself was very well taken care of and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We did not hear any noise from neighboring units at all during our stay. The layout was open and it was close to the pool. The community was designed for more senior residents as there are no sidewalks or play grounds. Parents should note that this unit was not best suited for children. While we do have active kids, we tried all week to make sure we were being as quiet as possible and our kids were in bed by 9:30 each night. Despite our best efforts and limited time spent at the condo (we were barely there), the neighbors in this condo complained.
