While the system is effective, if the weather is particularly cold, it can take longer to reach the desired temperature. Sometimes, it may not get as warm as expected due to cooler outdoor conditions. Because the heat pump's performance depends on the weather, we cannot offer refunds if the pool does not reach the exact temperature you prefer. However, we do everything possible to ensure the pool is heated to the best extent possible. Guest Verification and Rental Agreement: \- To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes we needed. I was quite warm the first couple of nights, but the host listened to our concerns and adjusted the air for us. I'll admit it was kind of annoying not to be able to adjust the temperature ourselves. The only way to get to the pool through the house is through a bathroom. As a group of girls that didn't know each other very well, that was awkward, but luckily it did not become too much of an issue. Also, the pool guy startled us when he came in the backyard while we were using the pool during our stay. It would have been nice to have a warning or for them to just come on a different weekday (not a Friday). ##### Ande K. The home was clean, modern, and had plenty of space for our family. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short 20-minute drive to a clean, family-friendly beach. We also loved how close it was to everything—Walmart, Marshall’s, and the movie theater were all just a 2-5 minute drive.The private pool was a great bonus, and the covered pergola with outdoor furniture made it easy to relax outside, even in the heat. The home was well-stocked with plenty of starter items, which we appreciated after flying in.The only thing we would’ve loved to see were a few beach toys, a cooler, and a beach wagon—things that are tough to bring when traveling by plane. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The owner is awesome and very accommodating. We loved the pool. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. We visited with family and friends and would/will stay here again when in the area. The bedrooms are very nice and we all slept well. Plenty of towels , toilet paper, paper towels etc etc. House is well stocked with things. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with the master suite and the other one you have to walk thru to get to the pool area. While we made it work, we would love to see an outside shower there.
