Boasting an enclosed yard and private, fully screened pool this home offers easy access to several beaches, plus urban attractions and entertainment in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa. Perfect for family and friends, this four-bedroom is designed with group comfort in mind.

The spacious, two-level interior is beautifully outfitted with stylish modern decor and updated amenities. The impressive kitchen comes complete for gourmet meals, featuring expansive counter space - with an island prep station - and a full suite of stainless steel appliances including dual ovens, a stove/oven combo, and a dishwasher. A tidy breakfast nook offers seating for four. Full meals can be enjoyed in the formal dining room at the banquet table set for 12. Two additional bistro sets offer extra seating for two, each.

The sunken living room offers classic appeal with a new set of leather furniture offering upgraded comfort. Enjoy casual downtime with the group while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. Sprawl out on the fully-screened patio, featuring a variety of poolside seating and loungers and spend your days splashing in the sparkling water.

All four bedrooms can be found upstairs, with two full bathrooms shared between them. An additional, full bathroom is located on the ground floor for household convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Large home
The house was in a great location with plenty of room. The home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped after finding some inappropriate materials on top of the refrigerator. A bed broke and while communication was quick to acknowledge the problem, no one followed up to help fix the situation. There was plenty of towels with a wonderful washer and dryer, but not a broom or extra blankets. Overall, I was disappointed.

Nice large house but some issues
The house was clean, great location and quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and awesome pool. We did have to buy propane and the air conditioner did not work on both floors we tried changing the batteries in the thermostat with no luck. Was 99 degrees one night of sleeping.

Having never rented a VRBO, we were very excited to see the property exactly as pictured. The deco was quite nice and the inside was very clean. The outside could use a little cleaning up around the outside of the pool area. The location of the house was very close and easy access to the Gulf beaches We were told there were no towels or linens supplied, however there were plenty available at the home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The appliances were like new. The only down fall about our time here was the pool pump was broken and we were unable to make use of the pool. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this VRBO. Overall the stay was nice and we had lots of room to spread out. I would highly recommend this VRBO for it's location, size and amenities. I would rent this again.
