These units are located in the cute, quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach and are within walking distance of several local stops, shops, and restaurants. This property has a total of seven units with two of them (Units B & C) adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units which can be turned into one large unit through double doors in each dining room. Great for groups and families vacationing together but wanting their own separate living and sleeping quarters. Check out our other listings at Sand Isle II.

Make this beautiful, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, gulf-front condo your home away from home! Enjoy direct water and beach views from the living space or balcony. The beautiful sun sets directly in front of these units and you can also watch dolphins out in the water.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking full meals, has a coffee pot, blender, dishwasher, and two bar stools at the breakfast counter. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.

Dining Area: The dining room has a four-top dining table. Off of the kitchen/dining room area, there are locked double doors which can be utilized if you have friends or family renting until B next door. Very convenient for those wanting to vacation together but still have their separate living and sleeping spaces.

Living Area: The living room has a sleeper sofa, a large entertainment center, books, and windows with a Gulf view as well as a balcony with a dining table. With this unit being a corner unit there is plenty of natural light throughout and has a corner balcony view.

Bedroom #1: The Master Bedroom features a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2: Has a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, and stackable washer/dryer combo in one of the closets.

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A full bathroom with tub and shower combo.

Bathroom #2: A full bathroom with tub and shower combo located in the hallway.

Outdoors: The complex has a shared space with gas grills, a shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the heated pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they be brought back at the end of each day.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is parking.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Parking: This unit has 2 parking spaces. There is no guest parking.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Great private area condo with a beautiful view

We stayed here and it was a beautiful condo overlooking the beach and gulf. The unit was very nice and the beach was super close. The beach was nice to go in the morning and the heated pool later in the day. My family had a blast and it was not too crowded on the beach. The beach chairs were plentiful. The grills at the unit were a nice touch. The only thing I would say is that although the unit has beach toys and I know it varies. But there was one bucket and a scooper for beach toys. We bought some and left it there for the next person. Also, you should note that since the cleaning requirements is for all food and condiments to be thrown out, you will need to plan to get those things when coming here. We could've used a few more utensils in the kitchen, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. The host communicated in a timely fashion when we had question. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet area in Indian Rocks Beach, but close enough drive to the busy Clearwater Beach area. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Trip to see Winter

Brought my granddaughter to see Winter at the Clearwater Aquarium. Great family friendly area. Communication for check in/out was easy. Nice to have a pool since my granddaughter has some aversion to salt water, idk why? The only complaint I would have is that the faucets could be updated. They were kinda hard to turn and set water temp. Would stay here again.

We stay in the area every year for the 4th of July. Property was great! Parking was a little tight especially since we have a large SUV. The room was great, view was amazing, and the management staff we’re available and attentive during a brief simple issue we had. Overall great place to stay with family!

Loved this spot.

We’d definitely consider staying here again. Had a question about parking when we arrived and Nick was very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and comfortable. Only complaint was the Nextdoor neighbor who pounded on our adjoining door at 4pm to tell us to be quiet. We had just arrived and met our friends and we’re laughing. Not being obnoxious, and it was the middle of the afternoon. That aside, the place was just what we were looking for. Had a great time!!

A Time for Rebutting!

Coming from Montana winter,it was the perfect place to soak up some warm sunshine while we played together out in the sand. The ocean water was cool but true to our character we all jumped in and enjoyed the salt water immensely. There is something about the ocean that draws attention to the Creator of heaven and earth. Thank you Jesus for this special time of connecting with you and each other.

Great location by the beach

Perfect for families as has everything- pool, balcony for sunset watching, beach a few steps away, beach chairs, umbrellas, puzzles and games for the night. Can walk for pizza , drugstore and beachwear.
