This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Vacation rental 507 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 507 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans. The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. The staff is always top notch - welcoming and friendly. This stay had a couple hiccups. The hot tub was inoperable for a day. The mattresses in 507 were suboptimal. One of the twin beds was extremely squeaky. The mattress in the master bedroom facing the water was very soft. It needs to be replaced. There was also maintenance on the sprinklers in the unit so a couple spots in the ceiling were cut open. The condo was perfect for day excursions into Tampa, Clearwater, and St Pete. The beach wasn’t too crowded which was nice for the kids.
