Idéalement placé avec en plus une place de parking c’est le points positif de cet hôtel chambre spacieuse et claire L’etablissement accuse le poids des ans et un bon rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu mais peut être le prix serait il plus élevé? Bref à conseiller quand même car l’endroit Est également très calme

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très gentil, accueillant, courtois et serviable. Piscine petite mais très propre et chauffé à 80. Près des boutiques, peu se faire facilement en marchant.

The staff was amazing! The manager checked in to see how things were every day, they were super courteous and the manager even brought my bags to the room! Definitely top notch service. I stay at hotels often and I have to say I was very impressed!! The rooms have older furniture so if you’re looking for something new and shiny this place isn’t for you BUT the rooms are extremely clean and they have everything you need including a large wall in closet for all your clothes to be hung so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase. The beach is just a walk across the street and since you’re a tad further down the strip there aren’t mass amounts of people at the beach. I definitely give this place a 10/10 and will be back!

Could use some updates. I believe they did their best with what they have but new bedding, old & worn out, dust ruffle had what appeared to have semen stain. lamp shades are dirty & stained, replace ceiling fan in living room, it was so out of balance it couldn't be used & light bulbs were not working. Tv in bedroom didnt work. Window coverings were mismatched. Coffee pot had obviously not been sanitized as well as hot water pot that had old nasty water in it. Stove had old & dirty aluminum foil around burners, should have been replaced in this condition! Stains on sofa & chairs in L.R. It did have great water pressure in shower but bathroom fixtures were very old & cabinet & shelf was old, deteriorating & needed paint. They use some sort of sanitizer or cleaner that was very off putting & strong. I dont think i will stay there again, I believe they could do better for the price even if it is close to the beach.

We loved how close the property is to the beach an other local attractions however the property is in rough shape cosmetically inside. The furnishings were shabby the bed was comfortable enough for the one night we needed. Owners are very accomatating we would prob stay again for the convenience of location.

We buy new chairs and tables every year but unfortunately it gets destroyed by end of season. We are thinking to stop providing to avoid the issue. Guest can bring their own and take it back.

Great value!
Old but comfortable and somewhat updated. Very comfortable bed and clean (it did need to be repainted). Very spacious for the price. My room was a 1 bdrm apartment with a full kitchen! It had everything that you could need to be comfortable. Large pool. Walkable.

The place is spacious but needs new upgrades and new towels sheets furniture very dispersed especially when you have children with you and very slow internet connection very poor. They charge us $25 for parking and service and we didn’t have a car and zero service. I cleaned the whole place by myself and even took all the garbage out.

We are extremely sorry that our decor is not to your taste. We wish you had contacted on site manager for any internet concern. We never received any complaint till now from any of business executives who stays and work. Guest are expected to treat place like their own house so we appreciate you cleaning it. It seems main reason of poor review score is 25 charge for five days. We provide best service in town. We understand sometimes things go out of budget when on vacation and all little charges add up. Hope you find a place next time where there is no additional charge and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

The hotel was a bit dated but overall super cute, affordable, very conveniently located, and comfortable. I would definitely go back. Very spacious too.

Nice little motel, close enough to walk to the dining and shopping spots, far enough away to stay quiet. Room was clean and well supplied. On site staff, Robert, was friendly and helpful. Beach, across the street, is beautiful and easy to get to. Parked right out front. We were there during the "off" season in January. Pool was warm!

Just barely OK
The good news is that the Room was clean. Grounds and pool were clean. Our space was like an apartment with living room and kitchen. The bad- air conditioner was held i with styrofoam and there was mold on the frame. Bathroom door was corroded. Big crack in bathroom wall. Shower in poor condition. I realize Clearwater Beach is pricy but this cost $200 for a night.

You get what you pay for
The walls need to be cleaned. Something is dripping down the walls near the bathroom. Housekeeping came in without knocking 50 minutes before check out. Towels look like they’re from someone’s dorm room. If you want something cheap on Clearwater then it’s not a horrible choice. Spacious rooms and the pool is right there. Be prepared to hear kids out at the pool through your room.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was affordable and the room was what we needed. If your looking for a cheap stay for a weekend this is the place to stay! It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beach was right across the street and they provided beach towels as well as other beach accessories you could use (chairs, sands toys, and mats). The staff was kind and friendly. Bonus: free parking, which is hard to find in Clearwater! Would definitely stay again.

We love staying here. This was our 8th stay at Royal North Beach. The only thing I could say is that my room for this stay could definitely use some updating. It needs some paint and some basic repair.
