About this space  
This charming 2 bed 1 bath, plus convertible couch bed is perfect for individuals or groups that want to be in walking distance to everything St Pete has to offer! 5 minutes to everything, and on a charming beautiful street!  
  
The property has a semi-private charming front patio, and a shared wet bar in the backyard.  
  
This location is the best in the city, a short walk to parks, coffee, restaurants, downtown St Pete. There is ample free on and off street parking!  
The space  
Open-concept kitchen and living room, brand new range oven. Gorgeous new butcherblock countertops, with eat at bar. Natural beautiful hardwood floors throughout, all furniture is pet-friendly!  
  
2 Queen size beds on opposite ends of the condo, and one fold-down couch in the living room that becomes a full-size bed.  
  
The appartment has in-unit laundry, a semi-private front porch, and a shared wet bar in the backyard, along with an outdoor dining area perfect for playing games and making memories with the whole friend group or family.  
  
This location is the perfect walking distance to everything. A truly beautiful stay.

private unit in one of 4 apartment units on site. Charming wet bar in the backyard, semi-private porch in the front. Space for gilling in the back!  
Other things to note  
2 unit being remodeled in a detached building next door. Construction hours occur 8am-6pm. Due to start May 1st.
