We have nothing but great things to say about this rental. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need to just unpack and start your vacation. Lisa is very easy to work with and super accommodating. The location is very convenient- close to the beach, numerous restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg. We also spent a fair bit of time at the community pool. It's large enough to do laps and the people we met were very friendly. I also believe that the price is about as good as you will find in the area. If you are considering renting this unit- don't hesistate. Just do it! ##### Ann S. So close to the Sea! We had an amazing time during our Florida escape! It was a quick 30 minutes from the Tampa airport to the condo. Once there, we found everything we needed to settle in… Alexa speaker, hair dryer, spices, muffin tins, Dyson vacuum, comfy king bed- Lisa even left a dog toy and treats to welcome our pup. It felt like home, only better! Everyone in the community was friendly and offered local tips on where to eat and play. We’d pack up the beach wagon for a day on the gorgeous sugar-sand beach just over the bridge. Walk to Crabby Bill’s for seafood and a fun local scene. Anecdote Brewing Company had beer and yoga, and taco and trivia Wednesdays. The best nights were had sitting by the pool watching the sunsets, then playing tennis in the complex by day. We also loved the Florida Botanical Gardens a mile or so away. Lisa was super responsive and had lots of suggestions. Too much to list! We can’t wait to come back! ##### Cassandra R.
