The outside space is an entire area of its own with a private heated pool that has been recently updated and is a perfect amenity to this Florida home. The fully fenced-in yard also has: resort-style sitting areas, a fire feature, local customized bag boards, connect four, turf, sun loungers, and more! Walking into this home you will experience vaulted ceilings and a beautiful brick fireplace with a living area that has plenty of luxury along with a stylish ocean feel. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals! Pull up a barstool at the massive island, sit at the dining table for gatherings, or have the option to dine outdoors poolside. Your outdoor paradise even comes with a Tiki Bar! Plan on spending hours outside in the sun having quality time with family and friends in the pool. The house and outdoor space were very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxation and to enjoy while not visiting nearby attractions. The kids were in the pool from the time they woke up until the time they went to bed and had the most amazing time. Redington beach was only a 10 min drive and was by far the most beautiful beach we found in the area. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future. This VRBO is beautiful, clean and stocked with ALL the essentials. We had the perfect week. Close to the beach and close to all kinds of stores. Downtown St Petersburg was lovely. We headed to Sarasota for the day to PopStroke, check it out. Also Johns Pass is delightful with plenty to do. Our favorites Dockside Dave’s & Salt Rock Grill gotta try the grouper and Key Lime pie. Could have been instructions left to operate TV. Unlike home use of Spectrum, didn't know you had to access Spectrum using an app. Nick, Management Company, very prompt answering questions and getting us someone to help with. minor issues. Very pleasant experience! One more thing to note. There is a small spot on walkway where bricks was very uneven. We were careful, but a definite safety issue....trip hazard.
