The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31\. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. • We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply. Accommodated our pets. Large living, dining and kitchen. Property has aged some since pictures taken. Arrived and neither AC unit was working. 84 degrees in house. Called vrbo and hvac arrived in 2 hours and got units working. Fan in one bedroom did not work and pool doorknob was broken. Maintenance arrived next day and fixed. Both AC units went out again next afternoon. 85 degrees. Called vrbo and hvac who arrived in 2 hours. Got both working again. They worked next 2 days but something is not correct in the air flow as some bedrooms are cold and others hot not unbearable but hot without fans running. High temps outside were 86 so would have been a challenge in 100 degree weather. Full size washer and dryer. Pool size not huge but accommodated us well. Table, 4 chairs and 1 lounge outside. Not enough for 17 people so we bought beach chairs. On corner lot at red light and busy intersection. Beach access drive within 6 mins which was good. Frying pans need to be replaced. For price was good place but with issues would likely not stay again. ##### james C. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are nice open spaces. Very clean and comfortable. Needing a few more towels, dish rack, dish towels and pool chairs to make this exceptional. Vanity mirrors in one bathroom were not installed but assume they are coming. Beach chairs were nice and appreciated. Seemed that the cooling unit was not working for the bedroom near the kitchen so that area got a little sticky. All in all - a nice place to stay. ##### Shelly L. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space inside to have a large group stay there. My only negatives are: - backyard picture is misleading, looks way bigger than it actually is and pool is not big. Luckily not all of us got in the pool at the same time so it worked out. I wish they had more lounging furniture poolside, there was just a small table with 2 chairs outside. - several times we tripped over a spot in the flooring that is not lined up properly or whatever is causing it. - house is on the corner of a main intersection which made it a pain to back out of the driveway! \* highly recommend paying extra for insurance, we almost couldn’t make it due to Hurricane Helene and would NOT have gotten a refund “because we should of purchased rental insurance”….. which I completely did not agree with.
