It has beautiful views and a lovely pool and beach. We could easily walk to John's Pass and groceries were only a short distance away. It was close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. It was great being in the 1st floor so we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins from our patio!! There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The owners were very receptive to my concern about the pool not working. The elevators were very slow but this property bring on the 1st floor helps.The pool was not opened and the workers were there all day which was loud since the pool is right below this unit. Oceanfront and balcony overlooked the pool. I could sit outside and keep an eye on my teenagers swimming in the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to John’s Pass shopping and restaurants. The best part for us was the large table and chairs on the balcony.
