Wonderful location!!!! Unfortunately there was construction happening on the property but the location of this condo was not affected by the noise. Also - they were very strict with start and stop times. Access to the beach was public due to the construction but that access was very close by. Had one incident of getting a warning on my windshield because of parking in the incorrect spot. However the next evening when security approached us I told him it was bc our spot was taken. View from the balcony was beautiful and can walk right out to the beach. This unit is located close to the elevator with the designated parking spot located right by the elevator door at the ground level. We didn’t not use, but saw the unit has beach towels and toys as well as a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. Contactless checkin and checkout was easy as well as the PIN code lock on the unit. ##### Reghan L. The host was very accommodating when we had to postpone due to the hurricanes on October. Communication before and during our stay was second to none.The condo was perfect! Great view of the Gulf. Bed was very comfortable. And it is a quiet building(at least in January)Guests should note that there are no spices/coffee/other condiments in the unit, so if you're shopping before arrival, get everything you will need. This is not a complaint, just good information to have. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Chris S.
