Loved being higher up on 6th floor and not 1 but 2 balconies! One private off the upper floor bedroom and one shared. You could see down to the water and it was crystal clear!! We enjoyed watching the manatee, schools of stingrays, dolphins and lots of smaller fish all around the area. It was walking distance for food and entertainment. It's an older property yes, could use some freshing of paint ..sure but your at the ocean! Who cares. The price was more than fair for all that you got staying there and right on the beach. We concidered this an absolute bargin! We can not wait to go back. Definately staying here again!!!!. A lot of previous reviews talked about old appliances, well pretty much old everything. The appliances are all new looking like the kitchen has been remodeled. The beds and mattresses are still new, updated looking. Grouting could be redone. Carpeting could be replaced as well as downstairs furniture. Well it worked just fine for us because we spent most of our time outside. I don’t need someplace to be pristine. Look guys, it’s on the beach (which was fabulous as well as the pool).
