Immerse yourself in all that Indian Shores has to offer at Mariner's Pointe, where there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. This condo, located in a small, quiet building, features a spacious open floor plan with views of serene mangroves off the private balcony. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Those looking to lounge by the water can take advantage of the onsite heated pool or enjoy the quick 3 minute walk to the beach. For larger parties, this property can be booked with an adjacent condo, #402 by navigating to our listings. Condo Features: Kitchen - A beautiful open concept layout with everything you’ll need to prep a fabulous meal. Dining room table offers space for six and breakfast bar has seating for four. Living Room - Plush sofas with a queen pullout mattress. Outfitted with a Smart TV for endless entertainment. Master Bedroom - Serene, oversized primary suite with private balcony access has ample natural light, a laptop friendly workstation and TV. We enjoyed kayaking and made use of the beach supplies provided. Plus, the place was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked. This condo was VERY nice, well kept, spotless and close to the beach! It was my husband and I with 2 teenage boys. The boys fished off the dock and from the kayaks that were on the property all week long and had a blast! This condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach, to cook a meal, wash clothes and relax a little on the couch with a very pretty view out the huge windows!
