Redington Towers is a gated community with a resort feeling. This unit has a unobstructed view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Inter-coastal. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and living room insure a million dollar view. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine, our spacious balcony provides the sights and sounds of relaxation and stress-free living. However, if your work situation requires you to Zoom into meetings, our free high-speed WiFi will provide you the ability to work and have fun at the same time. This updated unit has all the comforts and is accessorized with many amenities, such as a heated pool, work-out room, library, ping-pong and much more. Whether you are enjoying time privately or as a family, this two bedroom, two full bathroom condo will comfortably sleep 6\. The eat-in, fully stocked kitchen provides additional breath-taking views of the Inter-Coastal. The master suite contains an inviting king size bed, on-suite bath, walk-in closet and TV. The additional bedroom houses two full-sized beds, walk-in closet, and TV. The spacious living and dining room are also fully furnished. You will have a designated parking spot in the covered garage. However, if you don’t have a car to park, ride the daily trolley up and down Gulf Blvd stopping at some of the best restaurants and the famous John’s Pass entertainment district. Jul 25, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Beware! Inaccurate description and poor communication Upon arrival the condo was very clean and equipped. Location and pool were fantastic and the kids enjoyed it. The next morning we were woken up by drilling noise that was very loud. It started right at 8am and lasted into late afternoon. We had to raise our voices and turn up the TV to hear anything. With small kids it was impossible for them to take afternoon naps and relax after a hot day at the beach. The owner Barb was notified about that, and she said that she thought the construction has ended and it would probably be only couple more days. Unfortunately it was there everyday for the two weeks that we stayed and will be there probably for the remainder of the summer. There was no mention of the “potential”major construction that is going on there and the owner still hasn’t updated the listing. At the end of our stay she checked again with us and apologized for it, but when asked about a partial refund she never responded and just ignored our message. On top of that the fan and light in the guest room had turned on multiple times at night and had woken up the kids. She never responded to that either. Just wish the owner would be more considerate with tenants, and not ignore them. ##### Karina L.
