Updated kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances (no dishwasher). Large flat panel TV in living area. Two double beds in the bedroom just off the updated bath with tub shower combo. Convenient quiet location just across from beach access. TB20 is by far the best value in updated accommodations to sleep at least 4 in all of Madeira Beach. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed. Heated pool and ample lounge space for this small 20 unit complex. Walk to local restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. Approximately 1/2 mile south of supermarket, city center, library and city parks.
