Richard (the owner) was wonderful and easy to coordinate with, and the well-appointed apartment was clean and very charming! They also added several welcoming touches - snacks, a bottle of wine, antibacterial wipes and sanitizer (in the time of covid!), Etc. Palm Arbor Suite is a very nicely decorated modern space. It has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen if you wish to stay in and is close to many great restaurants if you’d rather dine out. The neighborhood is beautiful and is within walking distance to the beach. The front patio is filled with many beautiful lush tropical plants and has a table and chairs for two which we enjoyed every evening with a glass of wine and coffee in the morning. It is not the 'bare minimum' type of accommodation you would normally visit, but very homely and decorated with ornaments and nice touches that remind you of home. The apartment was quaint and cozy, meticulously clean and very well-decorated. Richard provided everything we needed for our nine-day stay and was so friendly and helpful. The property is just beautiful; a tropical oasis, so close to downtown. The neighborhood is very walkable, full of gorgeous historical homes with such a variety of architectural styles; near many restaurants and parks and only a few blocks to the water. This vacation home was all that they said it would be and more. Richard and Tom both were so helpful with anything we asked about or wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you wanted for cooking. Very clean and quiet and with in walking distance of entertainment, eating out and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and anybody we did meet was very friendly. We did a lot of shell hunting and shark tooth searching and were very lucky with both. Parasailing was awesome as well as our fishing trip at which we were lucky enough with the fishing we were able to share with the home owners. Jan 7, 2019 #### Great Suite close to all the action in St Pete‼️ Palm Arbor Deluxe is a fabulous place to stay while enjoying all St Pete has to offer. The pictures show exactly what you will get when you check into this fabulous, well thought out, everything you could possibly need one bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, lovely living area and bathroom suite. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises. We could walk into town and all the action in about 10-15 minutes. Every morning we would take a walk along Tampa Bay or Crescent Lake Park which is nearby. There are fabulous restaurants, parks, museums and everything else in St. Petersburg. We have been coming here for years and hope to one day make it our home. I highly recommend Palm Arbor Suite as a place to stay comfortably and explore this amazing city. The one-bedroom little home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. A completely stocked kitchen, laundry, ironing board, blow dryer, wifi, cable TV, linens, soaps, literally every detail is thought of. They are excellent hosts, relying on the guest to determine the amount of interaction. The house has a couple outdoor seating areas to enjoy if the weather allows. The Old Northeast neighborhood is a highly sought-after location and Richard and Tom's place represents the neighborhood perfectly. It is a short walking distance away from all that downtown St. Pete has to offer, and within driving distance to the beaches, Tampa, shopping and more. It was a hot day and there were two cold water bottles waiting for us. You can tell every detail through out the home was done with the guest in mind. Richard was on his own much needed vacation but it didn’t stop him from sending a text the day prior and another one checking in mid week. His property manager Peter came and introduced himself the moment we settled in. He was super nice and made sure we were comfortable. Now the location is just amazing. It’s within a quaint historic neighborhood close to downtown St. Pete. I am originally from the area and I come home often to visit family and friends. I now have my go to place.
