Downtown/Pet friendly/FREE parking/Full Kitchen If you enjoy being in the heart of the city, able to walk right out your door & experience vibrant, eclectic culture & fun bars, yummy restaurants, & cool shops- this is your dream come true! It is perfect for exploring for a few days, or setting up a work from home space and staying for a few months! \*Must climb 16 stairs to enter the unit!\* If you love mini golf, arcades, good food, or shopping til you drop- there’s a place for you just steps away! If you are a dog lover or are bringing your fur baby along, you will love The Dog Bar next door! There is a tradeoff to being right in the middle of all the action- you are going to hear noise throughout your stay. City quiet hours are 11pm & most places adhere to it, but sometimes a businesses may try to skirt it. If that ever happens, we ask that you alert us so we can try to rectify it. But if you need absolute quiet to sleep, this place is not for you. While we are an older building (older windows that are part of why you will hear some noise) we’ve just put in new floors, got brand new comfy linens and towels, and are working on some additional fun design upgrades! There is a full kitchen (no dishwasher) and smart TV in the living room. Other details to note: ^Noise/Foot traffic: Being so close to everything, we are located on a busy street with a lot of people, cars, and businesses. You will hear city noise, and you likely will not have total silence at night. ^Free parking on premises. No washer/dryer, laundromat 3 mins away. ^Personal login required for streaming services. ^Stays over 1 week- will require deep clean, total cleaning fee will be $120 ^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $35. ^Guests: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction. ^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided. However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products. ^Pets: If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $110 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 dogs if under 20 lbs only, only 1 dog if over 50 lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules and state your agreement to Host at the time of booking. No illegal substances. \-No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine) \-Keep all doors locked at all times \-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay \-Leave fridge empty (unless it is unopened drinks or similar that could be used by the next guest) \-Security cameras, including doorbell camera, are present around exterior of property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions. Pet Rules: \-Pet fee, per pet ($110) No cats allowed. If large dog, only one allowed. If under 20 lbs, 2 max. No aggressive or guard dog breeds. If you instant book and do not meet this criteria, you will be required to cancel the booking from (your) guest end and will receive a full refund (if done at the time of booking).
