Short drive to sunset beach, Howard park, and the sponge docks. A highlight for us was that it was within walking distance of Rodie's restaurant (excellent breakfast.) The house was great with plenty of room, we never felt crowded. Master bedroom has a balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of seating in the family room and dining room. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Bonus-plenty of essentials like trashbags, aluminum foil, spices, etc. Back yard was perfect for us! Wood decking with two tables and plenty of chairs for our large group. The string lights were really nice after dark. The entire yard is covered in artificial turf which was great. I rated the accuracy of the listing as 4 stars because some things in the home have changed/improved since the photos were taken, and newer photos would be more accurate, but there was nothing misleading about the photos.
