The unit features brand-new furniture, an updated kitchen, and baths! You will enjoy the beautiful wide-open water views from the living room balcony and the master bedroom balcony. You will enjoy waking up to this priceless view from your master bedroom king-size bed! Bahia Vista 8-410 has free Hi-Speed WIFI 2 flat-screen TVs. This unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably in a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin-size beds in the guest bedroom. It has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has an updated bathroom attached as well! Unit 410 also has a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, making this unit a complete home away from home. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address and email address for the application. Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset with your favorite drink, or enjoy the beautiful wildlife in the waters or on land while enjoying the morning air. These units are well known for seeing dolphins playing in the bay water, boats cruising the waters, and protected birds and bunnies. The unit was perfect! Only reason they’re not receiving a 5 star review is because the pool was having issues. Its cooling unit was not working so the temp in the pool was 90 degrees! Negatives: king bed frame is very squeaky and a bit wobbly. Made me nervous. Patio furniture could be nicer (like a high top table & chairs) so you could eat & spend more time out there.
