The recently renovated ground-floor condo has an all-new kitchen, bed, bath, and decor! New tile and paint throughout the condo complement granite counters, stylish furnishings, and modern features. The condo includes 2 double beds in one bedroom and an additional pull-out sofa in the living room. It has central air conditioning, a walk-in shower, 2 ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, and free local telephone service. There is a large heated pool secluded from the street by privacy fencing. There is a BBQ Grill on site. If spending the day at the beach is more desirable, it is only steps away! This condo is right across the street from the Public beach access and is within walking distance of various local restaurants and shops. \*\*\*Please note: Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle. Additional parking in the area is available. Please inquire for further details. \*\*\* John\`s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop until your heart\`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach! Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. I want to be 100% honest so those who book in the future have a real review. First the condo is clean, close to everything, directly across from public Beach access, and next to a has station and walkable to restaurants and even an alligator attraction (which are all things we do when we visit our house on the island). Now HUGE issue were the "palmetto bugs" in the bedroom Aka large cockroaches. We did reach out to management who of course claimed it was due to rain, but again we actually have a house here and with proper pest control if they were getting in they should have been dying. We treated the unit multiple times ourselves before finally solving the issue on day five. I tried to not bother management until there were three in one night which was a major issue. We did not feel comfortable preparing food in the unit so it having a kitchen was useless at that point. Again the unit itself was clean but the bugs ruined that feel for me. Another note would be that the beds are obviously broken as they are sunken in in the middle and you cannot use the pull out sofa because there is a giant box table thing in the middle of the livingroom that practically touches the dining room table that basically blocks the walkway. Furniture upgrades are needed as well as pest control. They did however provide ample towels and the bed linens were very nice. ##### Daniel W. The pull out was not in great shape for a restful sleep, so that was a challenge for us. The kitchen was small but had everything you might need to cook. If making leftovers, you need your own containers though. The number lock system also sometimes had a sticky key which made it difficult to get in but would eventually work. Towels were bath towels so bring beach ones if you're heading there. The pool was nice and heated and folks were friendly. Overall, it was a good stay ##### Kayla D. Had an issue with the hot water heater. Maintenance was there to fix it asap. We did not spend much time inside because the weather was perfect! The bathroom is small, but adequate. Would be difficult to maneuver for a large person. Excellent location. There are restaurants within walking distance, but prepared most meals in the condo. The updates to the bathroom and kitchen were nice. Everything about the condo was great until towards the end of our stay we killed two giant american cockroaches. I showed the property owner and he explained they come up through the drains when the property is not rented for a while. I don't know but after that I couldn't wait to leave and I was worried my luggage may have brought home some hitchhikers so I had to be careful when unloading my things. I guess it's just something they deal with in that climate! Yikes!!! ##### Bobbie H.
