This spacious 2BR/2BA condo offers open living with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen, dining area, and private balconies with sweeping Gulf views. Enjoy resort amenities with a pool, plus Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, washer/dryer, parking, and beach gear—towels, chairs, umbrella, and buggy included! Located on the top floor with amazing views, this 2 bed/2 bath condo looks across the open living space to the sweeping Gulf views! The blue water can be seen from every vantage point including the master bedroom suite which has its own private balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials needed for the ease of cooking your meals a laundry closet with a washer and dryer is conveniently located in the unit. Sleeping 6 people is a breeze as the living area offers a Queen sofa bed, a King in the master suite and a Queen in the second bedroom. We add value by supplying all of your beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy!! High speed wifi and a parking pass for one vehicle make this a super stay! Guests have full resort privileges to access most amenities including a well equipped gym located in the adjacent building. Heated Pool and Hot Tub, Beach access across the street via a public crosswalk and the ability to park one (1) vehicle. The resort is walking distance to John\`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals. Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you. I reside locally and my team and I are always on hand to help with anything you need. They provide beach towels chairs and the wagon was very useful. The pool is great. Didn’t love that the bedrooms were directly facing the main street. It was very loud at night. Keep in mind the area has been impacted by Hurricane Helene, some places never reopened & some areas seem rough. We came with a group and had a total of four condos rented at Madeira Bay Resort North Tower, this one was definitely the best. Updated & modern. ##### Amineh E. The trolly was great for traveling down to Treasure Island and I would highly recommend it as parking can be a problem. The communication from the beginning was excellent. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We only had two less than excellent aspects to the experience: the first is the unit could use more seating for relaxing as a group. And, the check-in process was very rigid. Don't expect an early check-in, although you might be able to park your vehicle in the on-site parking area. It really is a great place and can easily sleep six. I would consider staying again for a longer vacation. ##### Doug W. This was our first time staying at a condo in this area and we had a great experience! The rooms were very clean and everything was organized. The location is amazing, you only have to cross the road and the beach is right there. If we had questions, the host was able to answer them quickly and effectively.
