The Surf Beach Resort two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium combines spaciousness with modern taste that sleeps up to 6 guests. Once inside- the unit presents a private balcony with seating for 4 overlooking the beautiful waters of Gulf of Mexico, master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, newly remodeled dining and living room with 42" LCD TV, and an in unit washer and dryer. Simply leave all your worries behind and relax in our year round heated pool and Jacuzzi or enjoy a cook out at the onsite BBQ grills. Assigned parking space & Free WI-FI. All linens are provided including towels for use at the pool. It seemed as if every pipe in the building drained behind the primary bedroom. It was very loud at all hours of the night with people doing their laundry, showering, and flushing the toilets. A loud whooshing noise every time something drained that woke us up several times. The unit was clean to the appearance, but floors were dirty from day one. I had to put a towel by the bed to wash my feet off before getting into bed after showering. There were also several silverfish in the primary bedroom. The twin beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable and similar to what you would find in a dorm or bunk house. I spoke with the property manager and she offered to move us to a different unit, but the bed situation was not going to work for our group. ##### Myca F. The pool and deck and hot tub were very nice with lots of space! Parking was great! Easy walk to John’s Pass where there is great shopping and restaurants. Nice area to walk the beach!
