The condo is on the small side however, it worked great for myself, and two sons. The pool and hot tub on premise were nice, clean and relaxing. Easy direct access to the beach. There were floats, sand toys, etc in the condo so no need to spend$ on stuff you're just using on vaca never to use again. Walking distance to everything from Dunk'n Donuts, Scoops ice-cream, (Across the street) to Publix, Surfstyle, Foxy's, Chase bank (ATM) 5-7 min walk. The owners are very polite and show what I believe to be genuine interest/ concern for the quality of your stay in their managed units. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for a fun filled beach week or long weekend, I definitely recommend staying in one of the units Charles , Liz, and Brandon manage. ##### David H. The trolly is so easy to use. You don’t really need a car. Not to be picky, but the comforter in the main bedroom looked a little worn. It could use an upgrade. The unit was very well stocked with items to cook with. I’m very happy and would stay again or recommend to a friend. ##### L D.
