Our property is conveniently located halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches, making it the perfect spot to take pleasure in everything these beautiful areas have to offer. There is a convenient, low cost (adorable) trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd and can take you to BOTH world famous beaches. AMENITIES: Have your own space and enjoy the comforts of home with two brand new HVAC systems, smart TVs, free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels, beach chairs and toys! If you're looking for a CLEAN, spacious home with new mattresses and everything you need for a comfortable stay, then Sunset Sanctuary is the place to be. Maximum two vehicles per our driveway. No smoking or pets. Please rinse sand off feet and body with provided hose before entering our home. Please shower before entering the hot tub to avoid sand and sunscreen from clogging the spa. It is not a commercial hot tub and can be damaged by sunscreen, lotions and sand. Children are not allowed to ride the elevator alone or for fun. Read elevator rules before using. Homeowners are not responsible for anyone misusing the elevator or spa. Children are not allowed in the spa unattended. Use responsibly. The spa cover must be closed AT ALL TIMES when not in use. Do not exceed water temp of 100 degrees F.
